Mission Statement

We pride ourselves in being the leading provider of budget accommodation in the Central Coast, New South Wales. Regardless of age, nationality or cultural background, our guests can look forward to clean and affordable rooms serviced by our respectful staff.

Pool Cleaning

There will be no lifeguard on duty. Guests are advised to exercise their own judgement and abstain from using the Pool if they have any recovering injuries or chronic conditions which may pose a danger to themselves or others.

Parents and guardians are advised to watch their children closely.

The Management will not be held responsible for any injuries or deaths arising from the use of the Pool.

Inflatables are only allowed if there are no other guests using the pool. Failure to comply will result in the group being asked to leave the pool area.

The Pool will be closed for cleaning on Saturday mornings, and open in the early afternoon.

Deposit and Cancellation

A refundable Security Deposit of $100 will be collected upon Check In.

The Check In period is from 2PM to 10PM

The Check Out period is from 10AM to 10.30AM.

Cancellation is generally allowed before Check In with exceptions. Cancellation fees start from $50. Please check with our staff for the Motel Policy.

Cancellation is not allowed after Check In.

Saturday bookings and bookings with promotion codes are paid upon booking. They are non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

Rooms are smoke-free. Smoking within the room will result in a cleaning fee.

The Management reserves the right to refuse any guests who behave in a disruptive manner.
